Mondays:  “STITCH & CHAT” Time:  11:00 A.M. - 1:00 P.M.  Open to all who love to knit, crochet, cross stitch, sew, embroider, etc.  Bring your own project & share some time with others. FREE ~ Light refreshments available.

Tuesdays: PAINT WITH FRIENDS Come join together with local people who love to draw and paint and anyone is welcome to participate regardless of their level of expertise.  Time: 9:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.  There is no fee to join, but artists must bring their own paints, equipment and talent!

Wednesdays:  TAI CHI “Warm-ups and First Form" for improved flexibility - All Ages Welcome.  Time:  10:30 A.M. - 11:30 A.M.  Cost:  FREE.  No experience necessary, dress in comfortable clothes.

Thursdays & Fridays:  BILLIARDS AND TABLE TENNIS “FREE PLAY TIME” Thursdays from 10:30 p.m.  Fridays from 10:45 a.m. Open to public.

Tuesdays & Thursdays:  SCULPT AND TONE  A strength training class that includes stretching, abdominal work & muscle isolation for a full body workout.  Instructor: Dean Roberts.  Time:  7:00p.m. - 8:00 p.m.  Cost:  $8.00 per class.  Bring:  hand weights, mat or towel.

Thursdays:  DANCE EXERCISE Class will utilize dance technique forms to stretch & tone the body.  Please bring mat.  Instructor:  Rosemary Tindall-Gibson.  Time:  9:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.  Cost:  $7.00 per class.  On-Going, pay as you go.

Thursday July 10, 2008:  FUN IN THE SUN DAY  Frisbee golf, water balloon toss, basketball and other outdoor activites.  Bring a lunch & enjoy complimentary ice cream afterwards.  Free admission.  Time:  10:00 am -12:00 pm.  Ages: 4th-6th grade.

Friday July 11, 2008:  LAKE COMPOUNCE AMUSEMENT PARK  Bristol, CT (ages 12-16 yrs) Time:  depart 2:00 pm, return approx. 10:00pm.  Cost:  $38.0pp  includes transporation & park admission.  (pre-registration required)

Sunday July 13, 2008:  MENOPAUSE: THE MUSICAL Capitol Repertory Theatre, Albany NY.  This production includes 25 re-lyricized tunes from the '60s and '70s and culminates with a salute to women who are experiencing The Change.  Time:  Depart LCC 9:45 am, depart theatre after show at 4:30 pm and arrive back approx. 6:30 pm.  Cost:  $75.00 pp includes side front section ticket and round trip transportation.

Tuesday July 15, 2008:  TAPPING REEVE LAW SCHOOL, LITCHFIELD HISTORICAL SOCIETY, CHASE HOUSE TOPSMEAD, Litchfield, CT.  Tapping Reeve House & Law School takes visitors on a journey through the life of a real student from the early 19th century.  The Litchfield History Museum invites visitors to explore the evolution of a small New England town.  Topsmead State Forest is the former summer estate of Miss Edith Morton Chase, daughter of the first President of Chase Brass and Copper Company in Waterbury.  Here she built a rustic cabin, which was replaced with a more substantial summer home in 1923.
Time:  departs LCC at 9:00 am and returns approx. 5:00 pm. Cost:  $7.00 per person for bus.  Separate admission to Law School & Historical Society - $5.00 pp.  Bring a bag lunch to enjoy on the grounds at Topsmead.  Seats limited, call now!

Sunday July 20, 2008:  DISNEY'S “LITTLE MERMAID” ON BROADWAY  Based on one of the most beloved Disney films of all time and the classic Hans Christian Andersen fairy tale, the “Little Mermaid' is the sparkling new Disney musical that's poised to make a splash on Broadway.  Enjoy time to shop/eat before the 3p  matinee.  Time:  Depart LCC 10:00 am.  Cost:  $120.00 pp includes round trip transportation and Mid Mezzanine Seats.  Seats limited to 32 so reserve now!
