that I will attend the preseason meeting on Saturday April 3 10:00 a.m.; <B>I will abide by any and all rules established to regulate activity on the property; </B>that the garden shall be maintained in a condition which will not endanger abutting lots that access this lot, that access to this lot shall be only by areas designated as such;
